Yes! When you contact me to place an order, we will discuss all the details.

That depends on what you mean by "bulk." I am an individual and can make multiple items, but I do not run a manufacturing factory and can not make very large quanties.

Project time varies. I do my best to get your project done as soon as possible, while maintaining quality. The complexity of your project often dictates the time it will take to complete. When you contact me to place an order, I should be able to provide you with an estimate of the time it will take to compelete.

Due to the personalized nature of the items I create, I do not offer refunds. All aspects of the project will be discussed and I make every effort to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the final result. If there are customized words or phrases, those will be reviewed with you before the project starts and require your review and approval. Once approved, any errors will not constitute a mistake on my part.
